Healing Takes Time and Effort

I'm not going to lie to you.
I'm not going to promise that all you have to do is read my posts, buy my program, and you'll be fixed. That your life will be perfect and you won't be hurting or struggling anymore.
If I did that, I would be lying.
The "Quick Fix" Trap
I've fallen for an embarrassing number of "get healthy/rich/thin quick" schemes over the years. I was hurting and wanted to stop hurting. So many coaches and influencers promised a "three-step solution" or "follow my program and lose weight easily" or "you've heard that you need to do Y, but I broke the rules and made lots of money doing Z - and I'll show you how."
I've had business coaches tell me: "You need to push the pain points of your ideal clients to get them to buy."
Translation? Make people feel pain so they'll give you their money.
I refuse to do that.
Here's the Truth
Healing takes time and effort. It isn't a linear process at all. Life doesn't usually give us a "happily ever after." Life will always have ups and downs. You'll take three steps forward and two steps back more times than you can count.
But you CAN heal.
You can rebuild a life after abuse that allows you to rest, to be happy, sad, angry, frustrated, joyous, silly, and every feeling in between. A life where you know and accept who you are, strengths and weaknesses included.
But there is no quick fix to get you there.
Why the Toolkit Is a Year Long
When I first imagined the Overcoming Trauma Toolkit, I thought it couldn't be longer than six months because so many coaching programs are no longer than that. But that would be an email a week, and that's too fast.
The emails ask hard questions. The program requires you to be thoughtful about your struggles and your doubts, your hopes and your dreams. It requires work to incorporate the ideas into your life.
And you can't do that in a week or a month. Or even six months.
That's why it's two emails a month for an entire year.
It gives you time to actually make changes in your habits that will stick. Time to try new things, backslide, and try something else without feeling like a failure before you move on to the next thing.
Who This Is For (And Who It's Not For)
The Overcoming Trauma Toolkit is for women who have already left an abusive relationship and are navigating life after.
This is NOT for women still in active abuse situations. If you're still in danger, please reach out to local domestic violence resources for safety planning and support. Or call the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 800-7997233. This work comes after you're physically safe.
What I'm Asking You
I'm asking you to make a commitment to yourself for an entire year. To show up for the hard work of healing. To give yourself time and space to rebuild.
When you buy the Toolkit, you get:
24 emails over 12 months with journal prompts, meditations, and guidance
10 affirmation cards delivered instantly
Access to a private, safe online community (which can continue beyond the year if you want it to)
Right now, it's $100 for the entire year. That price will double to $200 on March 1st.
So if you're ready to make that commitment to healing and rebuilding your life with the support of someone who has been there and gets it, buy the toolkit now.
Not Sure If It's Right for You?
I offer a free 20-minute Wellness Consultation where we can discuss whether the Toolkit is right for you. If it's not right for you, I will tell you that. Because I want this to be something that actually works for the women who buy it. Schedule your free consultation here.
