How I Got Here

For years, I lived the burnout cycle myself. I was a corporate finance lawyer, working at a national financial services firm and then a multi-national law firm, juggling a demanding career and motherhood. I rather suddenly became a single mother to two pre-teen daughters. At that point, I left law to become a massage therapist for more flexibility, but balancing work, parenting, relationships, and everything else still felt impossible. My own health always came last.

Like so many moms, I thought I just had to push through. But then life forced me to slow down—a full hip replacement after an injury and a job layoff gave me the opportunity to rethink my path. That’s when I finally invested in myself, became a health coach, and learned how to care for my body and mind without the overwhelm. And now, I help other moms do the same.
