Meet Jessica
Certified Health Coach
Hi! I'm Jessica. I'm a nationally certified health and wellness coach who works with women with ADHD, who feel burned out, exhausted and pulled in a hundred different directions. I help these women reclaim their authentic selves, focus on what really matters and establish self-care routines that lead to better mental & physical health. You don't need strict diets, expensive supplements or to do lists a mile long. The process of discovering what works for you can and should be fun and uplifting!

I've been where you are! I was a lawyer for many years when, after a difficult divorce, I became a single mother to two pre-teen daughters. I left the law and became a massage therapist so I could have more time to raise my kids. But trying to balance the needs of my kids and my clients and my family and my friends with my own needs was hard! It was during that time that I was finally diagnosed with ADHD in my 40s.
So many things became clear with that diagnosis - why starting big projects in school and at work was such a struggle. Why I was always misplacing things, forgetting important dates and doing things like sending my kids to school in pajamas because I thought it was pajama day when it wasn't! I felt so guilty because I just couldn't keep my house organized and clean. I wasn't great at meal planning and knew I wasn't feeding my kids and myself enough nutritious meals.

With all that, I put my own health and wellness on the back burner for too long. We all know the drill - you have to put your own oxygen mask on before helping others with their masks! If you burn out, you can't meet your obligations, let alone have fun in your life.

After having a full hip replacement and then being laid off from a non-profit job I hated, I decided to become a health coach. During that training, I finally learned how to establish healthy routines and how to better care for myself! But I also realized, that habit formation for people with ADHD is different and harder. So I decided to help my fellow ADHD sisters get healthier in ways that work with our brains instead of against them.
Let's work together to bring energy and fun back into your life!
